As I look back on my career journey from a Home Health Aide to a Nursing Educator in various medical care settings, I realize how much I have grown professionally and personally. Every day, my career path has challenged me and provided me with new learning opportunities. As I progressed in my profession, I became even more committed to making sure that my contributions to the healthcare field would result in significant improvements in patient care. I believe that nurses play a vital role as caregivers and advocates in enhancing the lives of individuals and their families and communities.

As someone who has worked in the home healthcare field, I understand the importance of educating patients and their caregivers about chronic disease management and providing access to quality home health care. Through my experience, I have witnessed numerous emergency department visits and hospital admissions that could have been prevented with proper education and care. That's why I founded DivineTouch Home Health Care, with a mission to decrease preventable conditions and unnecessary healthcare costs.
